SolarWise Intelligent Array Box

SolarWise intelligent array boxes are custom designed 8 to 24 string intelligent array boxes and 4 to 8 string sub array boxes.

In typical solar farms, no matter size big or small, it is crucial to identify problems such as performance drop, faults, over current limits to prevent bigger problem to occur. This is a good pro-active approach to improve efficiency and availability of power in solar farms. Traditionally farms without smart array boxes cannot give operators this insight, when this happens, operators have no idea what went wrong in the arrays.

SolarWise Array Boxes provide the function of combining strings into a larger current string for connection to the inverter.

SolarWise SUB Array Boxes work at the upper level of combining power from array boxes into even bigger power before feeding off to the inverter.

All of our boxes can be customized depending on the amount of strings, voltage level, functionalities whether it is Fuse Type or Diode Type, it is all possible.

With the installation of SolarWise array boxes, operators can detect poor performance strings currently or cumulatively, which is related to operation efficiency of the system. Operators also can detect SPD statuses, Irradiation, Temperature outside and inside array box temperature. Operator can also directly control disconnectors inside each array box to do maintenance in the farms, or isolate a section of the farm remotely.

Data is collected into the SolarWise WEB system for data analysis at operator level.
